Brittany Stevens,
AuD
Audiologist
Licensed audiologist Brittany Stevens is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religion. She has impressive experience ranging from working as a Program Coordinator and CNA for an adult day center, a Medical Receptionist at an ENT clinic, and as an Audiology Assistant in a hospital setting. She has worked with people who have dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and TBI’s.
Hearing loss runs in Brittany’s family, giving her first-hand experience. Now, as part of the Pacific Audiology team, she loves fixing problems for patients, whether that be repairing their hearing aids, cleaning the devices, or making a program change so they can communicate more effectively.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys hiking, DIY projects, reading, and getting new plants.
Oriana Maldonado,
AuD
Audiologist
Oriana Maldonado earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Pacific University and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Central Florida. During undergrad, she was an assistant to an audiologist at the campus clinic. Before investing in grad school, she worked as a patient care coordinator at a hearing aid clinic in South Florida. After Pacific University, she worked at an ENT practice in the Portland area for 5 years as one of their clinical audiologists before joining Dr. Bradley’s team.
Dr. Maldonado was inspired by a college friend who was a newborn hearing tech at a hospital nearby her campus. She encouraged Dr. Maldonado to pursue the possibility of being an audiologist. Now, she enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life via hearing better as well as working with a dynamic group of colleagues who have the same goal in mind for their patients.
As an audiologist, Dr. Maldonado always considers what her patients need for their lifestyle in order to set the best treatment plan for them in regard to amplification. She likes to set realistic expectations and counsel on effective communication strategies as they acclimatize to their hearing devices.
Dr. Maldonado enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and Shih Tzu. Depending on the season or weather, she likes to travel and explore the PNW with her husband. During rainy days, you’ll always find her doing something different, from film photography, ceramics, painting, reading, to learning piano.
Lindsey Hill,
AuD
Audiologist
Dr. Lindsey Hill originates from New Jersey, moving to Oregon in 2012. She lived in the Finger Lakes region of New York during her undergraduate years at Elmira College and received her Doctorate in Audiology at Washington University in St. Louis, where she met her husband. Lindsey started her career in Eugene, Oregon at a non-profit hearing and speech center and spent the last decade working at an ENT practice in West Portland. Lindsey loves the nature in Oregon - her favorite weekend escape is either to the coast or to Hood River to relax while watching the wind surfers.
Lindsey loves finding ways to connect people to their loved ones and improve communication, whether this is through hearing aids, discussing communication strategies, or cochlear implantation. She has presented at conferences around the PNW about cochlear implantation and has been on the board of the Oregon Academy of Audiology. She has a young son, a dog, and a cat, all of whom fight for equal space on the couch. In her spare time, Lindsey quilts, gardens poorly, and has been trying her hand at other crafting endeavors.
